Unworn merchandise in the same condition as when mailed with tags still attached (if applicable), may be returned within 7 days of the date received for an exchange or a full refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless the item is marked FINAL SALE. If you plan to make a return, email us at email@example.com and state the reason for your return, and have the item postmarked within 7 days of receipt. For jewelry, the return process is the same, except the time period to make the return is 5 days rather than 7. We cannot refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return. Sale merchandise is final sale.
Please carefully package the item(s) in their original packing materials and mail it via USPS with delivery confirmation (or another comparable service with tracking).

All items will automatically be packaged in gift boxes with tissue paper. Please let us know if you wish to decline the complimentary packaging.
How do I place an order? Browse our collection and add selected items to your shopping cart. When finished shopping, click Checkout, provide the information requested (shipping, credit card, etc.), and submit your order. How do I cancel or change my order? Orders must be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order online. To cancel an order, please send an email to email@example.com and include your name and order confirmation #. After 12 hours, or order shipment, orders may only be returned in accordance with the return policy.
How are items dated? Historical assessments are established by the training, experience, and studies of trends in materials, cuts, and construction methods of us and our highly respected vendors. While we carefully analyze each item to provide Freeheart babes with accurate information to the best of our abilities, we cannot guarantee the history or the physical makeup of our items.

How soon will I get my order?
DRESSES/ACCESSORIES - Unless otherwise stated in the listing, you should receive your order within 10 business days from the time of placing the order, depending on your location. For custom veils and crowns, please allow 4 weeks, since we will be working closely with you in person, telephone and email to create the perfect one-of-a-kind piece for you.
FINE JEWELRY - Because we carry a very unique selection of fine jewelry, some items will be made to order, and some will need to be sized, which results in longer lead times, but we hope it's worth the wait!
STATIONERY - This is largely dependent on the designer and you. If there are less than 3 design revisions, we should be able to provide proofs within one week from the time we receive your order and event details. More revisions may cause a slight delay, but we will be in touch frequently, working through the design and keeping you informed of the timeline.
Can I have my order sent to a different location other than my billing address? Yes. When you fill out the billing and shipping pages, you can specify where you would like something sent, if it’s different from the billing address.
Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery.
Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed by Freeheart Project for international orders. Customs may hold packages which is out of our hands.
Once an order is given to a USPS carrier the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and Freeheart Project is no longer liable. Freeheart Project is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the USA.
